The Northern Paint Fest 2022
Welcome to the home of the first ever Blank Wall Assassins Street Art Festival @ Tribe Carlisle.
For the last 5 years, Ben Heslop of Landmark Street Art has drip fed the city with incredible public works of art from some of the world’s leading street artists. Teaming up with Anna Lyttle in 2020, Blank Wall Assassins was born, linking both existing artworks with new ones that have received recognition on a global scale through an interactive trail.
From June 22 – 26 2022, Blank Wall Assassins brought a 5 day festival to Tribe which saw 8 local, national and international artists painting live with the backdrop of the iconic Carlisle Castle and sound tracked by DJs and musicians from a variety of genres.
This event created a platform to further put the city firmly on the global street art map and formed an outdoor gallery as part of the trail that is free for all to enjoy.
